WHAT WE TAKE

If it’s taking up space,
let’s talk about it.

Old furniture. That garage pile. The remnants of a renovation. There’s a clearout for that.

Not sure about an item? Ask us

Hazardous or regulated materials require specialist handling. Item acceptance is confirmed with your estimate.

LESS EFFORT. MORE SPACE.

A clean slate.
In three simple steps.

01

Tell us what’s going.

Send a description, your pickup location, and a few photos. Let us know when you’d like your space back.

02

Agree. Then, goodbye.

Confirm the quote and a pickup time with the team. Discuss access and the heavy lifting before removal.

03

Make room for better.

Ask about reuse, recycling, and disposal for your items. Then enjoy the possibilities of a clearer space.

LET’S TALK PRICING

Space, not
surprises.

Every pile is a little different. Your estimate considers how much room your items take up, what they are, and how easily they can be reached.

Share the details. Get a quote. Confirm the price before anything goes.

A LITTLE MORE THOUGHTFUL

Gone from your home.
Not out of mind.

A clearout is a chance to think about what comes next for your things. Gently used items may have another life, and some materials may be recyclable.

Ask about donation options, recycling facilities, and disposal practices when you request your quote.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little clarity
before the clearout.

Can’t find your answer?
Ask us in your request

01What can I have removed?

Household clutter, furniture, appliances, property cleanouts, renovation debris, and commercial items can be described in your request. Include dimensions and photos for large items. Acceptance of specific items will be confirmed with your quote.

02Are there items you cannot take?

Do not include hazardous chemicals, paint, fuel, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, or other regulated materials in a regular junk pickup. Ask about batteries, refrigerants, tires, and electronics before booking, as local disposal rules and specialist handling may apply.

03How much does junk removal cost?

A quote depends on how much space the items take up, their weight and type, access to the pickup location, and any special handling or disposal requirements. Submit your description and photos for an estimate. Final pricing should be confirmed before any removal begins.

04Can I request a same-day pickup?

Choose ‘As soon as possible’ in the estimate form and mention any deadline. Availability and service-area coverage must be confirmed by the team; the form is a request, not a guaranteed time slot.

05Do I need to move everything outside?

Describe where the items are located and any stairs, elevators, narrow doorways, or parking restrictions. Keep the route accessible and identify what should stay. Do not move heavy or unsafe items yourself; discuss access with the team before pickup.

06What happens to the items after pickup?

Ask the team which items can be reused, donated, or recycled and where remaining materials will be disposed of. Reuse depends on the condition of the items and local facilities. Specific disposal partners and practices will be added once verified.

LESS JUNK. MORE POSSIBILITY.
